Nnenna Emeche, BA, is truly excited to join the Developing Brain Institute at Children’s National as a Data Coordinator. Nnenna is a Maryland native, but has familial roots in Nigeria, West Africa.
As Data Coordinator, she will be responsible for maintaining research quality within the REDCap database, along with monitoring metrics to ensure the success of multiple studies, including such as Project PROTECT, Project RESCUE and Advancing perinatal mental health and wellbeing: The DC Mother-Infant Behavioral Wellness Program funded by PCORI.
Nnenna earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining the Developing Brain Institute, Nnenna has served as a Clinical Research Assistant at the National Institutes of Health’s Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, and a Metadata Content Specialist at the American Psychological Association. Nnenna has extensive experience working on various scientific databases and has a strong background in data, data management and clinical research. She looks forward to managing the REDCap database and implementing solution-design decisions to improve and tailor the application to meet the unique requirements of the Developing Brain Institute’s end users.
