During her tenure at Temple University, Bree provided short-term crisis counseling at a national abortion fund and through a non-profit provided education about sudden infant death syndrome and safe sleep at weekly workshops across Philadelphia. After graduating, Bree became a case manager of infants exposed to substances prenatally, advocating for them throughout the babies’ first year of life. Bree is also a birth doula and has assisted with births in person and virtually for two years. After relocating to Maryland in 2021, Bree also has worked as a nutritionist in DC Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) clinics, providing nutrition education to pregnant, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding new moms, and children ranging in age from zero to 5. Bree is excited to provide support and resources to future and new mothers, and to equip them with tools to feel empowered.
