Sonia Dahdouh has been a post-doctoral fellow at the lab since February, 2015. Her main research interests here are medical image segmentation, registration, shape analysis and growth modeling. She received her PhD in 2011 from Paris Sud University in France where her work mainly consisted of temporal ultrasound sequences filtering and segmentation.
She then worked as a post-doctoral fellow for the Image Processing and Interpretation Team at Telecom ParisTech where she was mainly involved in projects related to ultrasound, MRI or CT-Scan data segmentation and 3D anatomical modeling. Sonia’s current key research topics include analysis and modeling of the fetal developing brain, segmentation of fetal and newborn brain MRI data and placenta MRI data segmentation.
